Vitamin B-12 (Cobalamin) play an important part in the formation of red blood cells, cell metabolism, nerve function and DNA production.
As our body is unable to produce Vitamin B-12, we can only obtain it through our diets such as meat, fish, dairy and milk. Vitamin B-12 deficiency can also be common amongst vegans and vegetarians. Symptoms of Vitamin B-12 deficiency include weakness, dizziness, smooth tongue, nerve problems and pale skin.
